## Formulas
- **Gross Margin** = (Sell Price − COGS) / Sell Price × 100
- **Markup %** = (Sell Price − COGS) / COGS × 100
- **Price Floor (30%)** = COGS / (1 − 0.30) — minimum price to maintain 30% margin

## COGS Components (Fill Per Product)
- Raw material (peptide compound)
- Vial/bottle/packaging
- COA testing (batch cost ÷ units)
- Shipping from supplier
- Payment processing (≈2-5% depending on method)
- Any Australian import duties/taxes

## What-If Scenarios

### Scenario A: Keep Current Prices
Compute actual margins. If margins are 60%+ at current prices, competitive reduction is safe.

### Scenario B: Match Competitor Prices
- BPC-157 at $79.76 → needs COGS ≤ $55.83 for 30% margin
- TB-500 at $109.00 → needs COGS ≤ $76.30 for 30% margin

### Scenario C: Premium Pricing (if quality justifies it)
- Maintain current prices but add value (batch-specific COAs, free shipping)
