# Distribution Launch Sequencer

> Purpose: Rayan's 60-minute return sprint to go from "infrastructure built" → "revenue-generating"

## Prerequisites Before Starting

- [ ] You're on a Mac (DNS edits in Netlify dashboard)
- [ ] You have phone nearby (IG handle change requires mobile app)
- [ ] You have ~60 uninterrupted minutes
- [ ] Terminal / Discord open for quick back-and-forth with me

## Phase 1: DNS & Email Foundation (15 min)
**Why first:** Blocks everything downstream. Email warmup needs SPF/DKIM. Notifications need to land in inboxes.

### Step 1.1 — Add SPF Record
1. Go to **Netlify DNS dashboard** → e42peptides.com → Add record
2. Type: `TXT`, Name: `@`, Value: `v=spf1 include:spf.resend.com ~all`
3. TTL: Auto

### Step 1.2 — Add DKIM Record
1. From **Resend Dashboard** → Domains → notifications@e42peptides.com → View DNS
2. Copy the DKIM CNAME record
3. Netlify → Add record: Type `CNAME`, Name (from Resend), Value (from Resend)
4. TTL: Auto

### Step 1.3 — Add DMARC Record
1. Netlify → Add record: Type `TXT`, Name: `_dmarc`, Value: `v=DMARC1; p=none;`

### Step 1.4 — Verify in Resend
1. Resend → Domains → Click "Verify"
2. ✅ Confirmed green checkmark
3. Send one test email to yourself to confirm delivery

**Trigger for Phase 2:** ✅ DNS records added, Resend verified, test email sent.

## Phase 2: Pricing Approval (10 min)
**Why now:** I need your go-ahead before deploying price changes to live site.

### What You Need to Decide
1. **Do you know COGS?** (raw material + vial + COA per unit)
   - If yes: $79.76 BPC / $109 TB is profitable if COGS ≤ $55.83 / $76.30 (30% margin floor)
   - If no: approve it temporarily — we can adjust up if margin data shows it's too tight
2. **Is Retatrutide at $160 the new floor?** (Peptide Lab charges $199 — we're 20% cheaper, room to raise?)

### Once You Approve
- Say: "Approved — deploy pricing" (or specific adjustments)
- I apply patches to `index.html`, `bpc-157.html`, `tb-500.html`
- I update homepage claim: "AU-priced, quality-tested" (replaces "15% cheaper")
- I deploy to Netlify

**Trigger for Phase 3:** ✅ Prices approved, I'm deploying.

## Phase 3: Social Account Setup (15 min, mobile-friendly)
**Why now:** IG is our primary distribution channel. Everything else feeds from it.

### Step 3.1 — IG Handle Change (@e42peptides → @e42labs)
1. Open Instagram app on phone
2. Profile → Edit Profile → Username
3. Change from `e42peptides` → `e42labs`
4. Tap Done / Checkmark
5. ✅ Send me confirmation

### Step 3.2 — Update IG Bio
1. Bio text (copy/paste):

2. Link → Change to Linktree URL (Linktree handle: `@e42labs` or existing)

### Step 3.3 — Create Reddit Account
1. Go to reddit.com → Sign up
2. Username idea: `peptide_research_au` or `e42_research` or `biohack_aus`
3. **Do not post for 3 days** — account needs aging
4. ✅ Share username with me (I'll queue posts for Day 4)

### Step 3.4 — Request Twitter/X API Key
1. Go to developer.twitter.com → Create Project
2. Select "Making a bot" or "Automation"
3. Generate Bearer Token + API Key + API Secret
4. ✅ Send me the keys (I'll configure n8n workflow)

**Trigger for Phase 4:** ✅ IG handle changed, bio updated, Reddit account created, Twitter API key grabbed.

## Phase 4: Discord & GBP (10 min)
### Step 4.1 — Create Discord Server
1. Launch Discord → Create Server → "For a Community"
2. Server Name: `E42 Labs`
3. Create these channels:
   - `#welcome` (auto-role instructions)
   - `#announcements` (new products, promos)
   - `#research-discussion` (peptide Q&A)
   - `#stacking-guides` (protocols)
   - `#product-chat` (order support)
   - `#off-topic` (general biohacking)
4. ✅ Send me invite link + server ID

### Step 4.2 — Grab GBP CID
1. Go to business.google.com → Your Business Profile
2. Get CID from URL: `https://www.google.com/maps/?cid=123456789`
3. ✅ Send me the CID number
4. I update footer link on site

**Trigger for Phase 5:** ✅ Discord server live, GBP CID captured.

## Phase 5: Deployment Sprint (15 min — I execute)
**You don't need to touch anything. These all happen server-side.**

### What I Deploy
1. **Price changes** — BPC-157 to $79.76, TB-500 to $109, homepage claim update
2. **Notify-me modal** — Email capture on out-of-stock products
3. **Affiliate program pages** — Sign-up, terms, payout structure
4. **Email warmup begins** — Phase 1: 2 emails/day → ramp to 10/day over 3 days

### Verification
- I run `curl` against all modified pages → verify 200s and correct prices
- I send a test capture through the notify-me modal
- I confirm affiliate landing page loads

## Phase 6: First Post Cycle (10 min)
### Step 6.1 — Post First IG Carousel
1. Go to Instagram app

### Step 6.3 — Send First Email in Welcome Sequence
1. Resend Dashboard → Audience → Select the 2 signups
2. Send: Welcome + Peptide Guide download email
3. Monitor open rates over next 24h

## Failsafes

**If you run out of time mid-sprint:** Stop after Phase 2 (pricing approval). DNS+email can wait. Social accounts can wait. The price change is the only revenue-impacting item.

**If DNS changes take >30 min to propagate:** Move to Phase 3-4 while waiting. I'll confirm propagation with `dig` later.

**If IG handle @e42labs is taken:** Alternatives: `e42labs_au`, `e42_research`, `element42_labs`

**If you don't have the carousel images:** I can regenerate from the source HTML/canvas files. Just say "regen carousel".
